After 20 years of Private Music Tuition, I have made the decision, after much consideration, to discontinue the teaching side of my business. I can look back on these years of teaching with much joy and satisfaction, and I wish all the pupils I leave behind continued joy in their music making. It has given me great pleasure to share my love of music with them, as I have been able to do with my many past pupils over the years.
However, Mark Ritzmann Music continues to be in business, and I am delighted and grateful to be able to continue in my role as Organist of St.David’s Church in Neath and Music Director of the Church Choir. It is a position which I have been privileged to hold for nearly 30 years now.
In addition, I offer freelance services as an organist for Weddings, Funerals and other occasions.
In 2010, I established a Neath-based community choir of mixed voices of which I am Musical Director. This group of around 60 singers is known as Neath Polyphonic Choir, and is open to anyone to come along and enjoy singing some wonderful music with others.
